("Crystal Amber Fund" or the "Company")
Net Asset Value
Ordinary shares in Crystal Amber Fund were admitted to trading on AIM on 17
June 2008 ("Admission"). As stated in the admission document, the Company's net
asset value will be calculated quarterly on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and
31 December each year.
In the 14-day period from Admission to 30 June 2008, the Company did not make
any investments. As of that date, the initial net asset value was £60 million
(the placing proceeds), less the costs of the flotation as set out in the
admission document. Accordingly, the Company announces that at the close of
business on 30 June 2008, its unaudited net asset value per share was 95.05
pence.
William Collins, Chairman of Crystal Amber Fund, said;
"This initial quarter end net asset value reflects the funds raised and costs
of our flotation on June 17 2008. In current market conditions, we intend to
proceed with caution".
