Notice is hereby given that the eleventh Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Exchange House, Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2NY on 25^th November 2015 at 12 noon.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting together with a copy of the Annual Report and Consolidated Accounts to 30 June 2015 have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
