The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Datang International Power Generation 
Co., Ltd. ("the Company") hereby announces that the name of agent for the 
service of process in Hong Kong of the Company for the purpose of the Companies 
Ordinance (Chapter 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong) has been changed from "Stephen 
Mok & Co." to "Eversheds" with effect from 31 August 2012.
