Diageo plc announces that in accordance with Chapter 23 paragraph 23.23 of the
Listing Rules, two copies of the audited financial statements for Diageo
Capital plc, Diageo Enterprises, Diageo Finance plc and Diageo Investment
Corporation for the year ended 30 June 2003 have been lodged today with the UK
