Diageo plc (the "Company") announces that the Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMRs") named below were today granted options to subscribe
for ordinary shares of 28 101/108 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
under the Company's UK Sharesave Scheme 2000, namely:
