                         Notification of shareholding                          

Delling has today received a notification from City Equities Limited that on 14
October it purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing
3.42 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, pursuant to the
Placing that was completed on that date. The notification further disclosed
that City Equities has subsequently sold 1,895,000 ordinary shares and that at
the close of business on 19 October it no longer has a notifiable interest in
the Company.
