Annual Financial report nearing completion

Americapital PLC, Audit of Annual Financial report nearing completion.

Americapital PLC (GXG- ACL:G4) (the "Company") wishes to inform the market on
the progress of its 2012 Annual Financial Report.

The Company is currently in the process of finalising the 2012 Annual Financial
Report with its auditor, Affinity Associates.

The final report is currently undergoing information clarification and the
Company expects to lodge its Annual Financial Report with Companies House and
the market on or before 31st July 2013.
