Americapital PLC, Annual Financial report nearing completion.

Americapital PLC (GXG- ACL:G4) (the "Company") wishes to inform the market on
the progress of its 2012 Annual Financial Report.

The Company is currently in the process of finalizing the 2012 Annual Financial
Report. The Audits of the subsidiaries have been done.

Due to unexpected difficulties the company encounters a further delay
in  finalizing the Annual Financial Report. The Company expects to lodge its
Annual Financial Report with Companies House and the market within four weeks.
