THE DIVERSE INCOME TRUST PLC
In accordance with LR 9.6.14 R, the Company has been informed that Mrs Jane
Tufnell, a non-executive Director of the Company, was appointed as a
non-executive director of TR European Growth Trust PLC with effect from
1 September 2012.
