In accordance with LR 9.6.14 R, the Company has been informed that Mr Michael Wrobel, a non-executive Director of the Company, was appointed as chairman of Civitas Social Housing PLC on 24 October 2016. Civitas Social Housing listed on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 18 November 2016.
