THE DIVERSE INCOME TRUST PLC (the "Company")
The Company has been informed that following the conversion of her 30,000
C shares into 28,254 ordinary shares on 2 October 2012, Lucinda Riches, a
non-executive Director of The Diverse Income Trust plc, is now interested
in a total of 58,254 ordinary shares (representing 0.04% of the issued
ordinary shares).
