The Company has been informed that following the conversion of his 39,156 C
shares into ordinary shares on 26 March 2013, Michael Wrobel, Chairman of The
Diverse Income Trust plc, is now interested in a total of 111,269 ordinary
shares (representing 0.05% of the issued ordinary shares).
