THE DIVERSE INCOME TRUST PLC (the "Company")
The Company has today been informed that, following the issue of C shares on
26 June 2014, Tom Bartlam, a non-executive Director of The Diverse Income Trust
plc, is now interested in a total of 71,965 ordinary shares and 123,988
C shares (representing 0.05% of the total voting rights).
