THE DIVERSE INCOME TRUST PLC (the "Company")
The Company has today been informed that, following the issue of C shares on
26 June 2014 at 50 pence per share, Michael Wrobel, Chairman of The Diverse Income
Trust plc, is now interested in a total of 200,000 ordinary shares and 66,666
C shares (representing 0.06% of the total voting rights).
