The Company has today been informed that, following the issue of C shares on 
26 June 2014 at 50 pence per share, Lucinda Riches, non-executive Director of 
The Diverse Income Trust plc, is now interested in a total of 82,769 ordinary
shares and 27,589 C shares (representing 0.03% of the total voting rights).
