Dividend Declaration

The Diverse Income Trust plc                          

                                (the "Company")                                

The Company has today declared a third interim dividend in respect of the
financial period ending 31 May 2013 of 0.46 pence per ordinary share, payable
on 31 May 2013 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 22 March 2013. The
ex-dividend date will be 20 March 2013.
