Dividend Declaration

The Diverse Income Trust plc

The Company has today declared a third interim dividend in respect of the
financial period ending 31 May 2014 of 0.5 pence per ordinary share, payable on
31 May 2014 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 28 March 2014. The
ex-dividend date will be 26 March 2014.
