Introduction

Further to the Company's announcement on 22 May 2012 in relation to proposals
to raise up to £50 million (before expenses) by way of an issue of C shares,
the Company has today published a prospectus with details of the issue.

The prospectus will be available for inspection at the National Storage
Mechanism which is located at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do

In addition, the prospectus will be available to view on the Company's website,
www.mamfundsplc.com/dit

Copies of the prospectus will also be available from the registered office of
the Company at Beaufort House, 51 New North Road, Exeter EX4 4EP and from the
offices of Cenkos Securities plc at 6.7.8 Tokenhouse Yard, London EC2R 7AS.
