THE DIVERSE INCOME TRUST PLC (the "Company")

REDEMPTION OF ORDINARY SHARES

The Company has a redemption facility through which shareholders are entitled
to request the redemption of all or part of their holding of ordinary shares on
an annual basis.

The next Redemption Point is 5.00 pm on 30 May 2014. The latest date for
receipt of Redemption Requests is 2 May 2014. The timetable is as follows:
