RESULT OF ISSUE, ADMISSION AND COMMENCEMENT OF DEALINGS

The Board is pleased to announce that further to the Placing and Offer for
Subscription by the Company, applications have been received under the Placing
for 93,224,600 Ordinary Shares and under the Offer for Subscription for
6,775,400 Ordinary Shares, at an issue price of 50p each, raising an aggregate
of £50,000,000 of gross proceeds for the Company.

It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings will commence
on the Official List and on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange at
8.00 a.m. on 28 April.

The ticker symbol for the Company's Ordinary Shares will be 'DIVI' (ISIN:
GB00B65TLW28).
