Death of a Director
Energiser Investments plc announces with deep sadness and regret that the
Company must record the death of Bill Weston, the Chairman of the Company.
As Chairman of the Company, Bill's counsel, experience and support to the Board
and the Company will be missed. He will be a great loss not only to the Company
but to his family, friends and contacts.
Nishith Malde commented, "Bill was a valued member of the Board with good
humour and cheerfulness and his support for the progress of the Group will be
missed immensely. I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to his family at
this very difficult time."
