Replacement Proxy Form

Further to the posting of a circular on 8 June 2016, the Company advises that there was a printing error on the pink proxy form for voting at the forthcoming general meeting. 

The Company has today posted to all shareholders a replacement proxy form on blue paper which will be available shortly on the Company’s website. Accordingly, the pink proxy form has been marked obsolete and returned forms will not count towards the vote at the general meeting.

There has been no change to the time and date of the Company's annual general meeting and general meeting which will be held at 11.00 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively on 30 June 2016 at Decimal Place, Chiltern Avenue, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, HP6 5FG.
