IBL announces that Glyn Hirsch has stepped down from his position as a
Non-Executive Director with immediate effect to concentrate on his other
business interests. The Board thanks Glyn for his contribution over the past
two years and wishes him every success in his new ventures.

IBL is pleased to announce the immediate appointment of Adam Reynolds as a
Non-Executive Director of the Company. Adam is the founder of Financial
Development Corporation (formerly Hansard Group Plc) and has extensive
corporate experience. The Board is of the opinion that Adam's knowledge and
expertise in working with public companies will be of significant benefit to
IBL in the future.
