NEW AGREEMENT WITH ASDA

Embargoed: 0700hrs 24 October 2006 INTERNATIONAL BRAND LICENSING PLC INTERNATIONAL BRAND LICENSING PLC ANNOUNCES NEW AGREEMENT WITH ASDA International Brand Licensing Plc ("IBL") announces that it has entered a new three year licensing agreement with ASDA for its Admiral sports brand. Exclusive for the supermarket sector, the new agreement commences from 1st January 2007 following expiry of the current agreement, and is for the sports equipment, luggage, accessories, and children's footwear categories.
