Dealings by Directors
The Company was informed yesterday that on 30th April 2010 Jim Mellon gifted
800,000 ordinary shares of nil par value to various unconnected parties and a
further 500,000 shares to ARBB AG, a company in which he has an indirect
beneficial life interest via Galloway Limited. The transfers were all for nil
consideration.
Following the transfers Jim Mellon remains interested in 30,737,443 shares,
representing approximately 8.64 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.
