Issue of Equity/Dealings by Directors
The Company is pleased to announce that, following a board meeting on 27 May
2011, it yesterday allotted 4,618,173 new ordinary shares of nil par value in
lieu of salary and fee payments to directors. The new shares have been issued
in respect of 100% of Directors' remuneration at month end mid-market prices/
exchange rates (USD/GBP) in respect of the eight month period October 2010
through May 2011. The volume weighted average issue price in respect of each
director was approximately 2.8113p.
Application will be made for the new ordinary shares, which rank pari passu in
all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to
trading on AIM which is expected to occur no later than 14 June 2011. Following
the issue, the Company's total issued ordinary share capital will be
360,187,559 Ordinary Shares.

* - Stephen Dattels' entire shareholding is held by Yvoire Investments Limited,
which is beneficially owned by Stephen Dattels.
** - Jim Mellon's shareholding is held in part by himself and in part by
Galloway Limited, a company which is indirectly wholly owned by the trustee of
a settlement under which Jim Mellon has a life interest.
