Acquisition of own shares
At the last Annual General Meeting of the Company, held on 12 November 2009,
the Company was granted authority to purchase its own ordinary shares, up to a
maximum of 34.4 million ordinary shares in the capital of Eurovestech.
The Company announces that yesterday it bought 4,625,000 ordinary shares in the
capital of Eurovestech, at a price of 15.5 pence per share, for cancellation
(the "Cancellation") under the share buyback programme. Following the
Cancellation, the Company will have a total of 343,147,801 ordinary shares in
issue.
