("Eurovestech" or the "Company")

Eurovestech has today issued 400,000 new ordinary shares divided equally
between the Willow Foundation, Sense, The Bishop Simeon CR Trust and Mind
Charities.
Application has been made for 400,000 new ordinary shares in the Company to be
admitted to AIM and it is expected that dealings in these shares will commence
on 9 May 2006. Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive of the Company, has paid the
£4,000 nominal value to facilitate their issue.
Since April 2001, Eurovestech has created and gifted 6,000,000 shares to dozens
of worthy causes. These shares are worth around £1m and equivalent to
approximately 2 per cent. of Eurovestech's share capital. Eurovestech hopes
these policies and actions will encourage other companies to support charities
in this way.
