("Eurovestech", "the Group" or "the Company")
Charitable Donations
The Company announces that it has issued 600,000 new ordinary shares in the
issued share capital of Eurovestech (the "Charity Shares") as follows;

Diabetes UK 100,000
Hadassah UK 100,000
United Nations Foundation for Global Impact 100,000
Care for Casualties 100,000
Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive of the Company, has paid the £6,000 to
facilitate their issue, representing the nominal value of these shares of 1
pence per share. Application has been made for the Charity Shares to be
admitted to AIM and it is expected that dealings will commence on 7 April 2011.
Following admission, the Company will have 331,250,000 ordinary shares in
issue.
