    Completion of acquisition of the ISS division of Greenfield Online from    
                                   Microsoft                                   

                      A transformational deal for ToLuna                       

Further to the announcement dated 13 July 2009, ToLuna, the leading independent
online panel and survey technology provider to the global market research
industry, is pleased to announce that the final condition under the Acquisition
Agreement has been satisfied. Having satisfied the final condition under the
Acquisition Agreement, ToLuna has now acquired the business and assets of the
ISS Division from Greenfield Online and Microsoft.

Frédéric-Charles Petit, Founder and Chief Executive of ToLuna, commented:

expects several million dollars of synergies and, after adjusting for
integration costs, materially enhanced earnings per share in the year ending 31
December 2010".
