Director/PDMR Shareholding

                           Directors' shareholdings                            

The Company has received notification that Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive
Officer of the Company, has today sold 12,000,000 ordinary shares in the
Company, equivalent to 3.77 per cent. of the issued voting share capital, at
24.575p per share. Following the sale, Mr Bernstein holds 29,000,000 ordinary
shares in the Company, equivalent to 9.12 per cent. of the issued voting share
capital of Eurovestech.

The transactions were carried out by Cenkos Securities Limited, the Company's
joint brokers, on behalf of Mr Bernstein and the shares were acquired by
institutional investors.
