Director/PDMR Shareholding

                           Directors' shareholdings                            

The Company has received notification that Richard Grogan, Non-Executive
Chairman of the Company, has today exercised options over 2,500,000 ordinary
shares in the Company. Of the 2,500,000 options exercised, 1,000,000 were
exercised at 2.75p each and the remaining 1,500,000 were exercised at 1.88p
each.

Application has been made for 2,500,000 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM
and dealings are expected to commence on 25 July 2007.

Following the exercise, Mr Grogan holds 4,035,019 ordinary shares in the
Company, equivalent to 1.27 per cent. of the enlarged issued voting share
capital of Eurovestech.
