                           Director's shareholdings                            

The Company has been notified that Quentin Solt, non-executive director of the
Company, has today transferred 795,995 Ordinary Shares from his personal
shareholding to his Self Invested Pension Fund at 18.75p each, equivalent to
0.25 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company. Mr Solt is
beneficially interested in 1,525,019 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.48 per
cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
