Director/PDMR Shareholding

                           Director's shareholdings                            

The Company announces that Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive Officer, has
today purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of
Eurovestech (the "Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.07 per cent. of the voting
share capital of the Company. The shares were purchased at a price of 14.5
pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Bernstein now holds a total of 29,250,000 Ordinary
Shares, equivalent to 8.5 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
