Eurovestech was notified yesterday that, following a purchase on 17 October
2007 of 3,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to
1.10 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, Invesco plc holds
71,400,819 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 22.44 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.

The shares are registered in the names of:

In addition, Eurovestech was notified yesterday that, following a purchase on
17 October 2007, Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited has an
interest in 9,625,100 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 3.03 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company.

The shares are held on behalf of client holdings registered in the name of
nominee companies which are 100 per cent. owned by Rensburg Sheppard Investment
Management Limited.
