The Company has been notified that as at 7 March 2008, following the recent
placing, Artemis Investment Management Limited holds 25,340,909 ordinary
shares, equivalent to 7.37 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the
Company. The shares are registered in the name of Institutional Special
Situations and AIM VCT Plc.
