Eurovestech was notified on 20 May 2008 that, following a purchase on 15 May
2008 of 176,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to
0.05 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, Rensburg Sheppards
Investment Management Limited holds, on behalf of nominee holdings, 10,350,100
Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 3.01 per cent. of the issued share capital of
the Company.
