Eurovestech was notified today that, following a purchase on 8 April 2008 of
1,950,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.57
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, INVESCO Limited holds
100,850,819 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 29.35 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
