The Company announces following notification received today, that following
purchases on 13 May 2009, Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited is
now interested, through client holdings registered in the name of nominee
companies wholly-owned by it, in 10,353,100 ordinary shares in the capital of
Eurovestech, equivalent to 3.01 per cent. of the voting share capital of the
Company.
