The Company announces, following notification received today, that following a
transfer into nominees on 17 November, Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management
Limited now holds a total of 14,202,080 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company, equivalent to 4.12 per cent. of the issued voting share capital. The
shares are held on behalf of clients in nominee companies wholly owned by
Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited.
