The Company announces, following notification received today, that following
transactions on 31 March 2010, Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Ltd now
holds a total of 13,876,580 ordinary shares in the capital of Eurovestech
("Ordinary Shares").

Subsequent to these transactions and as announced on 1 April 2010, the Company
acquired 1,600,000 Ordinary Shares for cancellation under the share buy-back
programme (the "Cancellation"), leading to a reduction in the total voting
rights of Eurovestech. Following the Cancellation, Rensburg Sheppards
Investment Management Ltd's holding is now equivalent to 4.06 per cent. of the
Company's voting share capital.
