The Company has been notified in accordance with the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules that on 7 March 2007 Societe General Option Europe increased
its holding by 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each, equivalent to 0.32 per
cent. of the voting share capital, to 10,375,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in
Eurovestech, equivalent to 3.30 per cent of the issued voting share capital of
the Company.
