Issue of Equity
Eurovestech is pleased to announce that to celebrate the seventh anniversary of
its AIM listing, the Company is today issuing a total of 1,000,000 new ordinary
shares of 1p each, divided equally between the following ten charitable
organisations:
The Wellchild Trust
CIDA Foundation UK
Riding for the Disabled
Kent Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre
The Marfan Trust
Fondation Ensemble Switzerland
Trinity Hospice
Hearing Dogs for Deaf People
Schneider Hospital
Drugs Prevention Education and Awareness Project
Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to AIM and it is
expected that dealings in these shares will commence on 22 March 2007. Richard
Bernstein, Chief Executive of the Company, has paid the £10,000 nominal value
to facilitate their issue.
On admission, the Company will have 315,622,801 voting ordinary shares in
issue.
Since 2001, the Company has created and gifted 7,700,000 shares to more than 60
worthy causes and is delighted that the current stock market value of these
shares is in excess of £1.5 million. We hope these policies and actions will
encourage other companies to support charities in this way.
