Eurovestech is pleased to announce that Magenta Corporation Limited
("Magenta"), the provider of intelligent software agent technology and advanced
application development services has secured a number of recent contract wins.
As a result of these, Magenta is now forecasting operational profitability in
the coming twelve months.

In July 2006, we reported that Magenta had secured its largest single order to
date of £0.75 million. Following the initial implementation phase of this
contract, Magenta has been advised by the customer that the contract is to be
extended, resulting in additional revenues in excess of £0.29 million.

Magenta has commenced a new outsourcing project with one of Europe's leading
supply chain managers with more than 5,000 employees which has a value of £0.5
million.

Eurovestech owns 43.7 per cent. of Magenta's fully diluted share capital.
