Transaction in Own Shares

                           Acquisition of own shares                           

The Company announces that yesterday it acquired 647,801 ordinary shares in the
capital of Eurovestech at a price of 13 pence per share for cancellation under
the share buyback programme (the "Cancellation"). Following the Cancellation,
the Company will have a total of 333,400,000 ordinary shares in issue.
