Transaction in Own Shares

                           Acquisition of own shares                           

The Company announces that yesterday it acquired 1,200,000 ordinary shares in
the capital of Eurovestech at a price of 13.2 pence per share for cancellation
under the share buyback programme (the "Cancellation"). Following the
Cancellation, the Company will have a total of 332,200,000 ordinary shares in
issue.
