Transaction in Own Shares

                           Acquisition of own shares                           

The Company announces that on 11 June 2010, it acquired 1,100,000 ordinary
shares in the capital of Eurovestech at a price of 13.5 pence per share for
cancellation under the share buyback programme (the "Cancellation"). Following
the Cancellation, the Company will have a total of 331,100,000 ordinary shares
in issue.
