Fidelity Asian Values PLC announces that on 1 October 2010 the Company issued
and allotted 5,527 ordinary 25p shares with effect from 30 September 2010
following the exercise of the conversion rights attached to the subscription
shares.

The total issued ordinary share capital is now 60,998,875.

The conversion rights attached to a total of 12,131,838 subscription shares
have not yet been exercised.
