Fidelity Asian Values PLC announces that on 2 June 2010 the Company issued and
allotted 10,634 ordinary 25p shares with effect from 28 May 2010 following the
exercise of the conversion rights attached to the subscription shares.

The total issued ordinary share capital is now 60,953,135

The conversion rights attached to a total of 12,177,578 subscription shares
have not yet been exercised.
