Fidelity Asian Values PLC announces that on 29 October 2010 the Company issued
and allotted 30,169 ordinary 25p shares with effect from 29 October 2010
following the exercise of the conversion rights attached to the subscription
shares.

The total issued ordinary share capital is now 61,029,044

The conversion rights attached to a total of 12,101,669 subscription shares
have not yet been exercised.
